If for some reason we are unable to dispatch your order within two
days of receipt of your order Pets Megastore will contact you so
that we may make alternative arrangements.
Delivery Times
Please allow 2 to 5 working days Monday to Friday for delivery if
you live in a Capital City within Australia.
All postage outside Australia please allow 5 to 8 Business - Working
Days for your parcel to arrive by Air Mail.
Return Policy
Return Shipping charges are generally responsibility of the customer.
If you decide to cancel the order or you have placed an incorrect
order your will recieve a full refund minus the shipping charges.
We must be notified withing 14 days of your order. If an incorrect
order is due to our error a full refund including shipping will
be recieved.
